Mr. Tam Chi Ming was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from January 2026. Mr. Tam currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer of the Group, overseeing the Group’s capital management strategy, investor relations and company secretarial matters. He has accumulated over 25 years of experience across international accounting firms, family offices and listed companies, specialising in investment management, capital management, financial management, operations and compliance.

Mr. Tam holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of London and a Bachelor of Accounting from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is a Fellow Member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
